Kazakh Minister charged to tightly control over health facilities construction

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A conference call of the collegium of the Kazakh Healthcare Ministry took place on Thursday in Astana to debate execution of the national budget for the first six months of 2014.
Heads of healthcare departments of the regions, Astana and Almaty cities, committees and subordinate healthcare organizations attended the telephone conference.
Those attending briefed on the measures aimed at full disbursement of the funds allocated till the year-end. As stated there 99,3% of funds have already been utilized for the period under review so far.
In her turn, Minister Salidat Kairbekova charged the local executive bodies to ensure tight control over the construction of healthcare facilities.
It is noteworthy, the ministry ranked second last year among 23 government agencies in budgetary funds management. 24 out of 26 budgetary programs were fulfilled.
