Kazakhstan becomes full member of WHO Executive Board

September 15 - 18 Copenhagen (Denmark) is hosting the 64 session of the Regional Committee of the WHO Regional Office, this was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan, along with France, Malta and Sweden received the support of the Regional Committee of the WHO Regional Office to become a full member of the Executive Board of WHO for 2015-2018. 

Kazakhstan delegation informed participants of the session on the activities within the framework of the State Program "Salamatty Kazakhstan". The delegation was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Salidat Kairbekova.

At the invitation of the Kazakh delegation in November of the current year UN international experts on motherhood and childhood will visit our country.
