History
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan took a decision about creation of the company under the name of “SK-Pharmaceuticals” in the structure “Samruk-Kazyna”“National Welfare Fund” JSK in February 2009. (governmental regulation #134 of February 11, 2009).
The Sole distributor system is formed for medical agents provision of population within the limits of guaranteed quantity of gratuitous medical treatment and promotion of pharmaceutical industry in the RK by means of joining of efforts of private and public sectors under conditions of equal right partnership.
Main business lines of the Sole distributor:
- Organization of the open tender on medical agents purchase within the limits of guaranteed quantity of gratuitous medical treatment;
- Organization of medicaments storage in accordance with the appropriate requirements of distributor practices and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Organization of the logistics processes of medical agents into public medical organizations;
- Creation of the information system for logistics processes integration of Sole distributor, client and suppliers, and for obtaining of actual information about stock rotation.
The company is founded in order to raise the stability and competitiveness of pharmaceutical sector of Kazakhstan, to develop pharmaceutical industry by means of consolidation of the public purchase of medicinal agents.
Objects of activity of the company are:
1. Organization of the open tender on medical agents purchase within the limits of guaranteed quantity of gratuitous medical treatment;
2. Organization of medicaments storage in accordance with the appropriate requirements of distributor practices and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. Organization of the logistics processes of medical agents into public medical organizations;
4. Creation of the information system for logistics processes integration of Sole distributor, client and suppliers, and for obtaining of actual information about stock rotation.
